Q: What happens after I make a reservation?
- You’ll receive an email receipt immediately as confirmation.
- Within 24 hours, you’ll get an electronic ticket to print and bring to your tour.
- Follow the ticket’s instructions for meeting times and locations.

Q: How long will it take to get a taxi? How much will it cost?
A: Taxi rates from cruise piers are listed on our tour pages. Travel times are short and convenient for most locations.
Q: Is there a bus like in Cancun?
A: Not really. Most transportation in Cozumel is by taxi, rental car, or scooter.

Q: What if it rains on the day of my tour?
A: If the tour isn’t canceled, there are no refunds. In the rare case of a storm, a full refund will be issued.
Q: What if my ship is late or doesn’t make it to port?
A: If your ship doesn’t port as scheduled, you’ll receive a 100% refund—no fees or hidden charges.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour, with a small 5% processing fee. Within 48 hours, reservations are non-refundable.
