A: If the tour isn’t canceled, there are no refunds. In the rare case of a storm, a full refund will be issued.

Q: What if my ship is late or doesn’t make it to port?

A: If your ship doesn’t port as scheduled, you’ll receive a 100% refund—no fees or hidden charges.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour, with a small 5% processing fee. Within 48 hours, reservations are non-refundable.
