1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely using 128-bit SSL encryption.
- Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been processed successfully.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour will be refunded, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- If the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
3. No-Port, No-Pay Guarantee
If your cruise ship fails to port as scheduled, you will receive a 100% refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if this occurs.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- Night Snorkel Cozumel is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during tours.
- Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by tour operators.
- Night Snorkel Cozumel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors, including weather or mechanical issues.
5. Participant Requirements
- All participants must meet the age, health, and fitness requirements specified for each tour.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in the activity.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all reservations made after the update.
